“For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.”
- Habakkuk 2:14
Every Continent, Coast to Coast, Until There’s No Place Left
Abide
We believe that no growth, no movement of God, no ministry success, comes apart from the supernatural power of Jesus Christ and his Holy Spirit. As disciple makers and church planters, it is imperative that we abide deeply in Jesus and the Word of God to sustain us.
Go
We believe that the call from God to GO and make disciples means just that. We are not called to remain idle, but to fulfill the mission of Jesus Christ: to seek and save the lost. We do this by engaging those closest to us with the gospel, and calling them to submit to Jesus as their King.
Gospel
We believe that it is by faith alone in Christ, and by His grace alone, that we are saved. The gospel means “good news,” and in order to know the good news, we need to understand the bad: that we are woefully sinful by nature, in need of saving. Once saved by Jesus, we are then called to go and preach the gospel and call others to submit to Christ
Grow
We believe that as followers of Jesus, we are not only commanded by God to grow as disciples, but to MAKE disciples. As we call friends, family, and strangers into a personal relationship with Christ, it is our responsibility, along with the local church, to teach new disciples of Jesus how to obey Him.
Gather
We believe that the simplest expression of church lies in Matthew 18:20, which says, “For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.” When disciples of Jesus assemble, it is the expression of church. Coast to Coast Network encourages simple churches to gather everywhere. Houses, restaurants, coffee shops, and buildings are all places we can gather. The location isn’t what makes it a church, it’s the contents.
Guide
As simple churches grow, they multiply. Coast to Coast Network is committed to equipping and training leaders to plant the next generation church in new and necessary locations. We believe that in order to reach our ever increasing and multiplying population, we have to multiply as well. We don’t want one church of millions, we want millions of churches.
